When last did you hear of a multi millionaire complaining about the high phonecall charges? Or complaining that ADSL is too expensive so that is why he/she is not getting it?

I already stay in a ****ty house and have a ****ty car because I am a previously advantage citizen and now I must give a way to previously disadvantage citizen at work. Being in the same industry as &lt;fingers&gt; , I can only but agree fully on what he has said ..

Before pointing the finger ( aimed at the user ) who went to go traceroute , he should maybe get himself a bit more informed on the way tcp-ip works , before making such technical "assumptions" ..

His cause for concern is valid , his way of explaining it is not.
