Cape Town - Constantia internet DSL

Hi,

I've never been to Cape Town myself but know someone that has a house in Constantia. I'm their IT guy. They need a stable internet connection (2-4Mbps is fine) but stabiltity/latency needs to be top because they need to access a remote desktop server (RDP) in Europe...

They have mweb uncapped 4Mbps right now as far as I know. It's really slow to work right now...
They are only there 2x 4-5 weeks/year but if they need to sign a yearly contract they might be ok with that.

Anyone have any experience in the Constantia area?

The dsl exchanges are overpopulated, try fibre, it's rolling out here now.
