So i have few buddies coming down in December
one is a veg/vegan guy
they like they alcohol

but they coming to CPT for like 4 days

now i know the normal tourist places and stuff

they looking to do wine farms or somewhere nice

we went to spier last time

anywhere else they can do

and what other tourist stuff thats not the norm they can do ?

Drive through to Franschhoek in the morning, do the wine tram for the day then spend the night there somewhere (you are unlikely to be in any condition to drive home). Excellent thing to do for a day if they like their wine.
 
The N1 North is always a good option...

Just kidding, wine tram can be fun, visit Triggerfish and other craft breweries and try visit some of the smaller wine farms, there are a few great ones now.

Easy:

Tell THEM to Google CPT touristy/cool places and then compile a list of where THEY want to go.

Takes all the pressure of you to entertain...and also impossible to disappoint them.
 
Franschhoek is amazing! Park your car, rent some E-Bikes at the local cycle shop for you and your buddies and ask Gary/Jacquie for some cool routes in and around the Franschhoek area! Cycle to the Berg River Dam using those E-bikes, work up a nice appetite and go back to town to do some wine farms/craft beer and great food.

An awesome wine farm to consider is Babylonstoren in Franschhoek.

There's a restaurant there called Babel that kind of focuses on the whole vegan/vegetarian aspect of fine dining.
Also just about everything available on the menu is locally sourced or grown in house. It was a great experience and the pairings were great, even though I'm not at all a wino. 10/10 would go again.

Babylonstoren is one of the best wine farms to visit. It's beautiful!
