Anyone have any contacts in the Cape Town deeds office that could help out with some info on what is happening with my transfer.

Want to leave but can't go anywhere until my house is sold

When searching online, the attorneys and me get the same result, It was stuck in stage 1 for 12 business days then left stage 1 and got put pack into stage 1.

I just want to know if something is wrong and if it needs attention.

Probably just being impatient as I want to get going now...

Ah the joys of a small town, my registration was done in dusted in 4 business days. Got the sms this morning. Pros: I now own a house, Cons: I owe the bank a fckton of money.
