Cape Town latency issues!!

am I the only one in Cape Town experiencing serious latency issues or other there others in the same boat? Download speeds dont seem to be too bad, but gaming is just unplayable and has been so for the entire weekend. Went to pingtest and tested between CT and Joburg and got
