Cape Town (Muizenberg) internet broken?

Hey guys, tryna find out if it's just me? Internet crawling at ~0.1Mbps since this morning. Have tried 3 different ISPs - all similar results.

20Mbps line:


I'm not too clued up on all the technicalities, but does this maybe indicate a problem between my router and the exchange?

Check your router stats, could be that you are set to 64kbps download... I had that a few times before :/ also on 20mbps.

Mines also dead slow, on a 20Mbps line and only getting 0.4Mbps and that's when the speed test doesn't timeout.
My father working in Kirstenhof is also having the same problem.

Yes indeed, but it's been like that since I got my line installed about 2 weeks ago. Am only experiencing problems for the 1st time today.
