Cape Town performance??

I've been reading about the whole 'one week' problem and related drama thats been happening recently (and not so recently). So have any Capetonians had any degraded performance or is it just the Guatengers that are suffering?

capetonians are so laid back, they'll notice a speed difference next month sometime

Ahhh, Cape Town...

We also have a high concentration of, erm, you know, people who bat for the other team? It's hard to talk to someone if you dont know which way they swing

Er, back to the topic. Anybody from Cape Town with iburst having problems? Yes, no, or too laid back to answer? :)
 
speed

all I know is about 2 months ago I could download at about 80KB/s no I get about 30KB/s. So cpt seems slower, but not as slow as what the vaalies are getting.

I'm 25, I have grew up in cape town and only moved to JHB when i was 24. Thus, shut the hell up you weed smoking "but the mountain bru" w4nker

I won't argue, but I will say that JHB has less "im a princess" types. Which makes them less arogant and snotty than CPT chicks.
 
Now that borders on a racist slur there :(, nothing wrong with Germans or any other population group!

Sorry, but as I read "I'm a princess", the following came to mind :

A British Airway's passenger cabin was being served by an obviously gay flight attendant, who seemed to put everyone into a good mood as he served them food and drinks.

As the plane prepared to descend, he came swishing down the aisle and announced to the passengers, "Captain Marvey has asked me to announce that he'll be landing the big scary plane shortly, lovely people, so if you could just put up your trays, that would be super."

On his trip back up the aisle, he noticed that a well-dressed rather Exotic looking woman hadn't moved a muscle.

"Perhaps you didn't hear me over those big brute engines." he said, "I asked you to raise your traizy-poo so the main man can pitty-pat us on the ground."

She calmly turned her head and said, "In my country, I am called a Princess. I take orders from no one."

To which the flight attendant replied, without missing a beat, "Well, sweet-cheeks, in my country I'm called a Queen, so I outrank you. Tray-up, bitch."

That doesn't border on anything, he just clearly stated that there is just too many germans in cape town. If he said all germans were gay, or he wished they die, or that he want to cut off their balls and stuff it so far up their asses that they puke it up, then make them eat their puke and **** it out and then eat their ****.... that is racial slur.

Me referring to the addition of the adjective 'damn' which to me smells of painting all Germans with an undesirable brush...;)
