I haven't got anything concrete planned and it being winter it's often a bit hit and miss.

But why don't we make a plan?

I'm willing to accept that if I'm signing up for this then it might get a bit wet, have a low turnout or be cancelled last minute - don't think that is a good reason not to plan it though.
