Here's what to look for if you're being naughty out on the road:
Black GTI
Tinted windows. They are not terribly dark as all the dark tints are illegal, but quite a bit darker than stock.
In the top corners of the rear window, you can just see the 2 blue LED light strips. About 6 inches wide by 1 inch high.
I saw 2 of these being used on the Toy Run today. Only knew they were cop cars because the blue lights were on.
