Capitec App DHA selfie verification

Hello guys. I am trying to activate my Capitec app on my workphone which is my main driver. I see now they have partnered with DHA and you need to do verification with a selfie in the app. It says successful but then goes to a screen saying DHA is currently unavailable. Have any of you activated the app successfully with the DHA selfie verification? I have a smart ID card, so I assume my biometrics is on the DHA system.

I've reactivated the app using a selfie a few times in the last couple of months (custom ROMs) and it worked well, but a few days ago I tried the same and the process failed. I had to go into a branch to sort it out.

Thank you. I have the app activated on my other phone so not urgent. Just don't want to scratch it out everytime I want to use it. Will try again until it goes through.
 
Also having problems with this damn selfie crap and I live overseas so it's a bit harder to sort out. No reply from customer care on my email. Guess I need to call them via Skype.
