My daughter is overseas, she only have a capitec account. She got another phone and is struggling to register the app on the new phone. Her sim card is here, Capitec do send a funny sms to the sim when she want to register. Capitec say she should get an email to register, but does not. She were suppose to be here right now, but because of corona she cannot be. I am planning to go to a branch and let them talk to her via whatt'sapp etc. Any advise please. She cannot get a bank account there as the company need to supply something which she need and seems to be a problem.
