Capitec Bank App for Android Tablets

Does anyone use Capitec Bank app on a tablet? When I go the Playstore it says device incompatible. I'm sure Capitec has lots of clients that uses Tablets.

The tablet model you have, its Android OS version and most importantly, its network connectivity type may be of interest in better understanding the cause of the issue.

We've tried the Note 10.1 with 4.4.2 and als the Tab 4 with 4.4.4.

Network connectivity won't have a impact on compatibility issues of software.

I use it,but on my Asus Zenfone 2 with Lollipop 5.0.

Works perfect.

Checked that it's not compatible with my Nexus 7 2012.

I think part of the reason is that your App is connected to your device with the phone number that you used to open your Capitec account.
So maybe the app is totally incompatible with tablets and only works with phones.

By network connectivity I meant whether it was Wifi only tablet or if it also supported 3G and made phone calls (as it was not mentioned) because I thought what Absyth has said could also be the cause of your issue

Both devices use WiFi and 3G.

Regarding the tv ad, they ask the lady if she knows the best way to bank and she doesn't. They move on to asking the next person. Why don't they tell her?
