Capitec CashBack not workin

Did I miss any news reports? 2pm KFM, IOL and MyBB has not reports. I can buy goods with my Global One Capitec card but can't draw cash. This can be done at PicknPay and Shoprite Checkers. I tried as well as at the ATM's declined insufficient funds! Pay was deposited at 4 AM! Internet banking says pay available! I went Capitec branch yes they have a problem no, they don't know when it will be sorted. The helpline ........... long wait. I hung up. I don't have a wife who can hold on for me. Email? Still waiting! So ...........
 
I guess if they told you there was a problem then you will just have to wait until they fix it.
 
Their network is down. There is another thread in the OFF topic section. Really bad PR for them as some people did their monthly grocery shopping and then could not pay.

PNP insufficient funds, Shoprite insufficient funds, Call Center to busy, still waiting for an email reply, all in that order, eventually I went to the only branch in my area, which is in Montaque Gardens, who gave me that story! Not nice!

What is the difference between an ATM and a SASWITCH machine? The ATM I tried was inside PNP. Looked like the Capitect ATM at the branch also didn't dispense cash.

I could buy stuff, but no cash, as in cashback.
 
Luckily I had cash I withdrew last night to buy me breakfast this morning. :/

No wonder mobile banking is down...

I had one ............ serious! I used to be "on the road" I had to phone the office every hour, incase of any emergency work related calls. I left home at o7:30, at 09:00 office says "please phone the wife. I do, phone is engaged!! While waiting for me to phone she would phone someone else!
