Capitec - FICA enquiry

Hi unsure if this is the correct place to post this, but i need some assistance with regard to FICAing of a bank account.
I want to know how to do this when u are abroad. An sms was sent saying i need to FICA my account and it is a 2 week window.
I dont have a South African address because ive been abroad for a few years. I dont know how to reach out to a human there that can assist me.

The FICA verification system in the UK is different from that in SA, but is valid here too

An affidavit is your answer, but not free as in SA. You have to approach a Commissioner of Oaths. The police in the UK cannot assist

I had to get a UK FICA document to be eligible for transfer of assets from the UK to SA and this proved the simplest method

Go to your Capitec App and update your details under profile.
That was my understanding of the requirements.

yeh, i am tempted to do this, i dont have the app.
I use the web app so i log in with a username and pin and then i use a token which is 6 digits which i need to enter in.
I suspect the mobile app is simpler, the reason i never used it long ago when i got an account was because the consultant used to use their finger print to set you up and then when i used to wipe my phone for some unknown issue i could not fix then i would to reinstall the app and then go back to the branch was which was a pain.
I was thinking what if this hapened again so i opted for a hard token.

I am just wondering now how i go about setting up the app and how my log in will change , if u get what i mean.
