Capped ADSL and bit torrent

hey guys, i'll be joining your ranks in ADSL land end of this month, cos i've had just about all i can handle from sentech and bugger all speed. i heard from a few people a while back that once you capped with ADSL your bit torrents will still download at normal speed, is this true? thanks guys.

If some of your seeds/peers are within SA you'll still be able to pull reasonably well from those users. The international BT seeds/peers will be k@k slow.
