Capped ADSL for small business

Can anyone recommend an ISP for business capped ADSL? I'm specifically looking for snappy HTTP, FTP, SSH and RDS connections.

100-200GB per month is being used currently.

On this one I would say go to Crystal web their support is the best in the game but drop DJ http://mybroadband.co.za/vb/member.php/24737-DJ a message and ask about the other HTTP,FTP ect.

He is the one of the big shots at Crystal Web and will be able to answer those questions.

Signed up for a business capped account with crystal web after we used up the trial allocated data.

Very happy and impressed with the speeds. And their support is on the ball too.
