Ok im capped and I seriously need to send an email any local email sites I can use?

Try your ISP's mail server. eg. smtp.saix.net / smtp.isdsl.net / smtp.wa.co.za / smtp.mweb.co.za

Otherwise simply buy prepaid cap if you're so desperate.
