Capped not totaly useless?

I dont know if its just me, but last month when I reached my cap international was useless. Well this month you can acually browse some websites. Its still very slow but it opens eventually.

Now I wonder if this is a ploy from telkom. They know what points ICASA wil enforce, so if they give you something now, ICASA may think its ok as it is now doesnt need any enforcing. Then when they have said what they had to say telkom can change it back to how it was before and say its not something ICASA pressed on?

I hope im paranoid...
Possible or highly unlikely?

Nah this uncapped wireless connection is rockin.. should set it up as a free proxy for capped ppl hie hie..

Hehe, well I get 1.5 - 3 kb/s. Its not very good and its not 64k but it helps. Not too sure if its somthing to do with the fact that its the start of the month and not many people are capped yet, but that shouldnt have an effect. My friends tell me that this is diffrent from other months no matter how far we are into it

It's just really early in the month, so there aren't so many people sharing that wet piece of string that Telcrap allocates to the cappees. Tomorrow it will be worse, the next day unusable...

What I don't underststand is that in order for the capped line to be useless, someone must be using it ? I'm guessing automatic downloads as browsing is simply not possible. Is anybody here getting anything from the capped line at the end of the month ? (Not taking Alkines present situation into account). Maybe some users knows something we don't.

arf9999 I know about the fact that there arent many people on that line yet, but some of my friends say its allot faster than it was last month this time.

Maybe im just optimistic.

maybe more people bought extra accounts to use when capped or more people on uncapped accounts. Who would know ;/
