Capped Speed Ludicrous!!!

Hi All
Quick question - once capped at 3GB, what sort of speed SHOULD we be averaging for international sites? I see to have dropped below the speed of the old 9600 modems...any suggestions?

I know Telkom say that once capped, international speed is reduced to below 64k, but should it really be as low as 0.8k on average??? Should we not at least be getting the equivalent of a 56k modem for what we are paying?

Yes, it should. Welcome to Telkom ADSL. That's the speed they want you to get. 2400baud style speed qualifies as "slower international speed"-so I'm told.
