I have a 30 gig Axxess account and a 3 gig telkom account.

After depleting the 30 gig account i switched over to the 3 gig only to find that it was capped too, even tho i hadn't used it at all.


Can anyone tell me why this is?
 
Well if you ask Telkom about bandwidth theft they will tell you to goto the cops and get a case number and all sorts of ****.
 
yup.. check the usage tracker see when it occured and if you lucky get Telkom Internet to check if only your number accessed it. mebbe you switched to it bymistake or had it on in the begining of the month. If not follow the procedure .. open a case and send mail to them.. i think its [email protected] other than that there's nothin else to do.

The two accounts are completely seperate providing the username/pwd were changed when you login. sometimes people forget to change it back when interchanging between them. If you use a PPPoE connection best way is to make to seperate connections, ie one for each account.
 
so my imaginet 30gb cap is seperate from my axxess 10gb? I'm house sitting for a friend and he gave me his account details...
