Capping question (Telkomsa)

Hey guys

I'm on a Telkom Closer 1 package. Regarding caps, say I go slightly over my 1gb cap, to 1.3gb, before I am capped. If I then purchase a 1gb TopUp from TelkomSA, is my next capping point considered 2gb or 2.3gb?

Well you gonna get hardcapped now anyway. When you top up with say a 1 GB, you get 1GB, regardless of at what point you got capped previously. I'm assuming you haven't had DSL too long

yeah sorry for the sarcasm, i think i started it, so blame me as for your question, i'm not sure as personally i've never topped-up but i think topups get hardcapped. technically atleast, a 1gig will cap at 1.5 gig, and a 1gig topup would heald exactly 1 gig. so you should be cut off the international at 2.5 gig. very soon there will be no more going over though
