capping question

i have a 2gb account but normally gets capped at 3gb but some of my frends who play online ps3 doesnt get capped at all. is it coz they have the 3gb account?

what im trying to ask is...do u get capped if u are using the 3gb account?if yes then at how many gb and do u get capped on a 2gb account if yes at how many gb?

i get capped on my 2gb account at 3gb always.

Are they with the same providor ? some providors cap you but give you local cap free like an extra 2Gb local ??

from what I understand about caps, your 2gb account may be soft-capped which allows you to exeed your 2gb cap up until 3gb, then they cut u off

The same might be happening with the guys with the 3gb cap.

This will also vary between ISP's

oh ok coz sum of my friends dont even get capped i think they have the 3gb account.i was thinking if they arent getting capped then why cant i benifet just like they do so maybe if i get a 3gb account i might not get capped
