There are as many people in the UK pissed off at BT as there are people in SA pissed off at Telkom.

As far as I remember, roll-out of ADSL in the UK was a mess that lasted years, and there are still people complaining of not being able to get it when they live next door to the exchange, etc.

Then again, I would forgive them for that if they were here and charging that amount. But they wouldn't, here.
