Car hire return question

Hi

Any idea what happens when you return a vehicle an hour later relative to the pick up time. Do you get charged for another full day or is it billed pro rata ?

Yes, but not if it is returned within 59 minutes (or less) after the deadline.

I say to hell with it - make a run for the border ...
