I would like to ask or if you can help me

I brought a build up car from a friend

and now I want to change the ownership of the car to my name what must do?

I have got the traffic registration for the previous owner
and the registration certificate of the car
and the yellow form completed

I think you need a road worthy certificate of the car and its has to go through the pit at the traffic department

I think you need the yellow form for change of ownership, receipt or letter of sale and a copy of the previous owner ID. If there is any unpaid fines on the vehicle still, it must be paid before change of ownership can take place.
