Car License Renewal

Assuming it is the right place to go, does anybody know what the business hours are for the Bedfordview/Edenvale licensing offices are?

I've tried to phone both now and I just cannot get somebody to pick up the phone on the other side:

Can I renew it there if I haven't received that "License renewal request" letter in the mail yet?

Motorists who do not have the renewal notice are still welcome to go to the Post Office. The application form is available at all post office where car licences can be renewed – the owner of the car simply needs to present his or her identity document.

yes. they will give you a form to fill.

Yeah you can. You have to take your old disc with, and ID. You will also need to fill out a form at the post office.

And use another vehicle or risk getting a ticket for "Failure to display liscence"

I couldn't do it last year at Blue Downs, it might however be because its a small(ish) post office. The guy told me they don't have the forms there.
