Car registered fraudulently

Hi there,

I have an issue. I recently got a company that's willing to employ me if I start the process of getting licensed, but when I went to book, I was told I'm blocked due to outstanding amounts. It seems that My father (whom I have zero contact with, don't even know where he is) has registered vehicles in my name without my consent and they've racked up a small fortune. Now I'm trying to apply for my learners and the department won't allow me to unless these vehicles are paid for / scrapped.

I didn't register these vehicles and was wondering if there was an options for me?

Open a case of fraud with the police. Get signed affidavits. Take those affidavits to the vehicle licensing dept and have the vehicles removed from your name.
