What would be considered the best option in terms of car hire/rental vs rent-to-own vs buying a skedonk/last-number/voetstoots/mazibonela/2nd of 2nd hand car?

:confused:
 
buy and old car and carry on. maybe something like a Tazz/Conquest . fair cost to fix. otherwise reliable.
