First, change your user name, using a e-mail is not a good idea.
Secondly if you have a bad credit record for what ever reason, you can not take over the payments.
Your only way around this is using a proxy

Bad idea bra if you can't qualify for finance it means you can't afford.

My advice don't rush things settle all your debts, and stay for 3-4 months without debts. Maybe then you can be qualify for car finance.
