Car trouble - jerking/misfiring

Suppose I can eliminate from cheapest to most expensive. Still don't get why it struggles to start in the morning though, that sounds weather related and surely can't be fuel related.

I would start with the MAF and the Idle control valve.

Have you tried changing gears?
I usually find that the jerking and misfiring goes away when i change up a gear!

had my fair share of opel corsa problems ... sounds like a fuel issue.You sure there's not water in the fuel system ?
