Carburetor tuning and setup

I have a 2001 Toyota Tazz 130.

I am in Johannesburg.
Areas near me Lonehill/ Paulshof / Sunninghill / Rivonia/ woodmead

Can anyone recommend a specialist who has the knowledge , experience and equipment to tune and setup the carburetor on my Tazz.

There is no setup,tuneup and the like on a stock Carburetor. jets are standard. Venturi not changeable. servicing it is a different story. maybe set the idle speed and ldle fuel mix. the latter is ignored as soon as the throttle is opened and fueling is done by Venturi vacuum.
