Carmen ultrasonic humidifier help needed

Hi guys and girls, I bought a Carmen humidifier from Dischem some years ago and cannot for the life of me remember how to fill the tank! LOL

When I pour water into the hole in the top it comes streaming trough the seal at the bottom of the tank :erm:. I have Googled trying to find a manual with no luck.

If anyone out here in cyberspace knows how to operate one, please can you help?

Maybe the seals have perished and it will leak even when you are filling it the correct way. Dismantle it and seal with silicon sealant if possible.

LOL, no it doesnt! you put water in it and it uses ultrasonic waves to "steam" the water which in turn humidifies the air in the room. Works like a charm as my skin dries out and flakes in the winter months an no amount of body lotion helps. Using it in combo with a humidifier helps though.

Isn't the opening to fill it at the bottom of the tank? I seem to recall a twist off cap.
 
We use one all the time. Take the whole blue container off, undo the screw cap underneath and fill the container. Put the screw cap cack and turn the container back right side up. It shouldn't leak if the screw cap is on properly. Replace onto the bottom unit and switch on.
 
Thanks: +10 points for effort, I do think he would have gotten it sorted some time in the last 15 years, though.
