I want to start growing these things. As a hobby. I love chilli that is hot but not bitter hot. Seeds are expensive and germination time is around 30 days or longer. Cool hobby if you're patient like me.

One of my favs is actually thinly sliced habanero, low and slow in butter, lemon juice and garlic. The habanero gets candied eventually... that butter sauce on a rib eye is heaven.

Reapers don't have that citrus profile for that.

Yarp. My go to is usually a thick bottomed non stick. Plate on 3, heavy on the butter and the lemon juice. Everyone will have a varying heat level, so play

Rofl, yeah no thanks. I consider myself adventurous for enjoying jalapeno chillis on my burger, but that's as far as I'll go. Anything else is just torture for the sake of pain. I say nyet.
