Carrier Aggregation B3 and B38

I am using a MikroTik LHG LTE6 17dBi Outdoor CPE and can only get it to link on B3 if I try and force it to B38 my registration status goes to Denied. Can anyone tell me what I need to do to correct this​

First of all you need to make sure the tower you connected to or trying to does have the B38 band

You probably don't have a B38 tower nearby. Most are B3 only
