so did you guys watch it last night ?

I was shocked about the fact that they want to start mining in the karoo  its going to look like the next Iraq in a few years and like they stated it will be only around 15 years then the resources will be exhausted.

why dont we help those people out by complaining aswell? i definitely think the community of the karoo wont be sufficient enough to stop these oil and gas companies to stop the procedures !!

i made a petition online and hopefully maybe this will let them rethink everything !

The powers-that-be want their slice of cake and they will get it, no matter how they must rape each and every inch of this country.

Yeah. Especially the attitude of the regulator. Surely someone in this country has both the power & willpower to stop a project that is clearly bullsht?

Come on prez...be presidential for a change.

id rather suffer with eskom than agree to this fracking. Seriously there are other ways of making energy and fuel and hopefully the pres will recognize the problem and do something about it. seriously, just no:sick:

there was another project that has been halted somewhere on our coastline to see if the responsible company cannot find a better means of getting the minerals. not sure where i read this but it was somewhere on the net ....

I was shocked to see that fracking is a real thing.

same ... when i saw this last night i thought about one of those "save the planet / save the forest" movies i saw on disney video way back in the day (all i can remember is that these fairies and creatures were living in a forest and then there was this huge machine eating up the forest and they had to stop it) and i realized that something similar is going to happen here if we dont do something...

civil war against oil companies anyone ?
