well sgs are run by telkom so makes sense

i mean look at their servers always crashing they cant even dedicate a server for bf2

not only do they screw us in the bum with a razor blade but they also dont spend any of cash we give them on us. its like give them a few pcs that costs as cheap as possible(and make them crash every 4th round so they cant play all the maps)

BTW: I spoke to the SGS moderator, it was out of his hands, he had to do what he had to do. So blame SGS/Telkom. The moderator rejoined me...

You can't blame SGS

Saix is giving them a LOT of bandwidth (about 2meg per server (for bf2 maybe more...)... and they have dozens of servers. No other ISP has the resources to provide that bandwidth free.

If Saix pick up on SGS users bad-mouthing them/telkom the service could well be stopped altogether - ie next to no gaming in SA. (Yes I know there is also gamezone, but SGS is far bigger)

Its a bit tricky, because saix gain NOTHING (ok, maybe an extra 200 adsl subscribers...) from offering the service, so they could quite easily turn around and get rid of SGS for good

yes but saix is run by telkom again i will say it

so it costs saix next to nothing to run the servers

but sgs is great i must say

gamezone oms i dont even play on those laggy servers
