Cash back when dumping your Samsung Galaxy for iPhone

When will companies learn.. they need to make it more viable than selling the phone second hand... they have to incentivise people over and above that point.

You may be right two options as to why the price may be so low:

Option A : People who are not sure whether to buy or not might be swung by this carrot, and the convenience of having it sorted instantly

Option B: Gives the marketing message that your phone (not being an Apple) is not worth much ('serves you right for making a bad choice, now come in and buy something of value this time around').

Which is it? :confused:
 
Who's gonna be dumb enough to trade a new Samsung Galaxy for a iPhone and get locked in and locked down with Apple BS? oh... that's right. People of the Apple cult.

Although Samsung has really messed up with the new S6. They've thrown away most of what made Galaxy hardware much better than iPhone.
With the S6 you can't just pop in a different battery when your battery is low, can't just pop in a microSD card, not water resistant... the list of f'ups goes on. Anyways, use your heads people. CM11 FTW

If you're asleep enough to get an iPhone in the first place, whats the chance of waking up and wanting to get rid of it? ... not good.

Apple should trade in their iHype for a steaming pile. At least you can make methane out of it for all that stink.

The real reason Apple will give you some cash for your phone is:
A. They're sick of using iPhones but would get fired if they got caught buying a Galaxy
B. They know that with their epic Apple Vendor Lock-Down Lock-in you'll waste huge fortunes of money on more iCrap.
C. iDesperate for market share.
D. iPublicity stunt
E. All of the above
