Hie does anyone use the cash cloud account to shop on international online stores like Amazon and ebay

No. I use Paypal to buy directly from most retailers in the US and from eBay. I do not buy on Amazon since they do not support Paypal payment. In fact, I have never bought from Amazon in my life and probably never will. So, no need for any other payment services.
