I don't know what cash send you are using but it's usually as easy as logging on and changing the pin on mine

Depends on the bank. I know with Absa, you can see if the money has been withdrawn and have the options to resend a withdrawal message or retract the transaction all together.

You go online/phone the call center and cancel the "cash send" first. Then you send them a new "cash send" with a new pin.

They'll tell you or you can ask if the money was already withdrawn.
