Has anyone had any experience of this product for any car?

Im thinking of having one of these fitted to my Hyundai ix35 but Im concerned about the visibility of the screen in daylight (especially when using the GPS), and also the dash getting damaged during installation.
This obviously also affects the warrantee of the car, or am I wrong?

That little lip above the screen should assist with glare but I'd be more worried about the warranty/service plan being nullified. I'd check with your dealer.
