So, I watched Caspers newest show yesterday at Grand West, Gaan Groot. Like always it was very funny... Even with all the things going on in the press... But what I still don't understand, why do people go to his show, or any other show, when they know they won't like it?
I won't go to a Britney Spears concert, because I won't like it... I won't go to such a show, hate every moment and then go on about it on facebook/twitter/press... that seems very stupid...

Wrong section.

But since I'll be going to his show next weekend, how was it? Did he say anything about the email that was sent around about him?

Well, it is current affairs...

Yes, the last about 30 minutes was regarding the email, almost the best part of the show.
Are you a big fan? Seen most of his shows? This show is almost like a best hit... repeats a number of old jokes, but still funny.

It was very entertaining. Quite long - almost two hours. Some boring patches in between, but generally well worth it. He ripped into the KACse - Konserwatiewe Afrikaanse Christene, as opposed to LACse - Liberale Afrikaanse Christene. It was hilarious.

I haven't seen his last couple of shows. Used to be a huge fan though.

Does he have any new material?

Yes, like SiriS says, it is a long show, just over two hours without a break. Some great jokes and then the boring patches. But all-in-all it was awesome again, better than his previous two or three shows, like it was back in the old day.
