Cataclysm Patch download help needed ..

So i found a FTP site were i can download wow patches from, i have installed a fresh copy yesterday of WOTLK, and then cataclysm, now i want to know if this is valid to patch me up straight to the finish?

and also, if someone could please provide instructions on how i can install it, and if those links are not valid for working install please give me a working install download link with instructions, because im totally confused about these patches, and yes before i installed cataclysm, i had WOTLk patched to 3.3.5.
