I find I can watch certain programmes on my DStv App but they're not available through Catchup on the decoder? Why?

I think Disney+ is a bit worse for reliabilty and they don't even do live streaming Haven't had much of an issue streaming Disney+, but I hate the login process with a pin and cell phone number. It's flat out dumb.
