Make sure prawns are de-veined and butterfly said prawns Melt butter, mix with garlic and drizzle over prawns Season prawns and place under heated grill for 5 - 10 minutes until prawns turn a yummy orange colour Turn prawns over and cook for a further 5 - 10 minutes until prawns lovely red/orange colour all over. Remove prawns from grill and add peri or any other sauce if such desired and serve with a garlic bread, salad and chips/rice oh and before I forget - place cauliflower pieces in dustbin

I tried cabbabe and it works, so cauliflower should also do. Cabbage gives a very nice flavour to soup.
