OFFTOPIC
Screwing the public thru incorrect billing is a common practice with many businesses. I have personally experienced this mainly with the banks, telkom and now MTN. Has anyone noticed how these "billing errors" are always in the business's favour? Coincidence? NOT!
IMHO, were these genuine billing errors, I would have expected to over time see the incidence of errors for and against me balance out. Every incidence has always been against me. Applied in small amounts against several thousand customers, these errors result in a significant income for the business. Most customers will either never notice nor have the inclination to dispute the seemingly minor amounts.
We could probably have an entire forum dedicated to publicizing the various forms that these "billing errors" take.

Enough of the conspiracy theories now. Keep us informed as to when your action will take place and I will make an effort to be there.
