Everyone on mobile data look out for this, apparently MS is pushing the windows 10 installation file to any machine that has Auto Updates enabled. It's a "Preemptive" download, because that annoying popup will eventually crack you.

6.5GB of SSD space and what I recon is going to be one whopper of a data bill, I am not a happy camper.

If your the proud owner this folder "C:\$Windows.~BT" welcome to the fold. If not, count yourself lucky.

With Win 10 pro you can schedule the installation/restart, but is there a way to schedule the download of the updates to specific times? I would like it to download during 12am - 6am (unmetered).

Seems like a bit of an oversight.

I just blocked the update servers IP in the firewall, no more updates till I get my Internet fixed.

Agreed, it might be old news. But like me some users might not be aware of this, though it better to inform the community.

Heaven forbid the Linux crowd at work gets wind of this, may the FSM have mercy on my soul.
