There seems to be this frequent problem in the Nelspruit CBD area. The exchange seems to go down quite often resulting in no internet connectivity for all ADSL users accross all ISPs in the area. The phones works, and DSL syncs, but no internet connectivity is possible. The problem usually lasts a couple of hours to a couple of days.
Its effecting business quite badly since we rely on voip and emails to communicate to our customers.
Currently is has been down since 2pm. Telkom can't give an ETA or even say what the problem is.
