Please help with some info here, i'm new to CCTV.
Our loadshedding schedule for today was from 08:00-10:30 and it never happened, but this afternoon @ 16:00 all power suddenly went down for 2 hours. I normally shutdown my cctv like 5 min before loadshedding starts, but it was impossible today. The problem now is that it comes on with all cams display ok on monitor, but i get a NO DISK error. Swopped hdd but still the same, did factory reset with no luck at all. Now i cannot record to hdd anymore.

You should have a UPS connected to your system.

Without knowing what system you're using nobody will be able to help you.

We had the same error on ours at work. I tested the HDD and cable in a PC and it was fine, tested with another HDD it did the same.
Found out that the SATA ports on the motherboard was stuffed. This was after load shedding as well. We had to replace it.
