CCTV interference

So I'm getting weird interference on 2 of my 4 cameras.
It looks like images from each camera are ghosting through onto the other camera. The ghosts roll across the screen in opposite directions on each cam...

The other two channels are perfect.

Any ideas what could be causing this?

Affected cameras are at one end of the house, yes.

This is a new thing btw - only started in the last few weeks. Worked perfectly before...
 
1. Analogue cameras?
2. Cabled with black (bnc) cable or with UTP cable utilising Baluns?
3. I know this is going to sound very IT crowd like, but have you tried powering the cameras off and then on again?

Analogue, BNC. Yes, power has been cycled on cameras and DVR.

Get ladder and swap cameras and see if fine working ones are affected :p

If it follows the cameras, maybe lightning damage, instead of local interference?

I have to put up 8 cams on Saturday, lots of work and ladder climbing ahead

We had a client with the same issue, First we tried upgrading the firmware on the DVR, that didn't help, turns out the interface on the DVR side where the video cable plugs in became faulty, DVR was out of warranty, he bought a new one.

I'm not saying yours is faulty, but i would try the firmware update first, if there is newer firmware available that is

Surely it wouldn't follow the camera then?
 
Maybe I must try recrimping the BNC connectors or something...
 
Swop these 2 feeds with another 2, if the ghosting still happens then the problem is in dvr. Else if it moves with cameras then it's in the wiring of one of both cameras..

I did. Follows the camera.
