Yeah, if I had any doubts, the Kindle experience finished off any chance I'd trust the buying-but-really-renting model any further. Fortunately I never stopped buying CDs and DVD/BDs

Thanks. I did come across that post. I was hoping for a second confirmation from another platform.
Have you actually bought from them?

They have no obvious telephone number. No obvious "Contact Us" page. Their Facebook page seems off (0 Followers/ 0 Following, hardly any information in their About pages, 0 Reviews, 0 Mentions etc.)

Maybe it's just me...
